I have tried to log on to the site following the instructions given but I can’t gain access and now I have been ‘locked out’ – What can I do?
I received a Notice of Intended Prosecution but it was someone else driving the vehicle. I passed that information to the Camera Unit but now I can’t access the evidence – Why?
I received a Notice of Intended Prosecution and admitted that I was the driver of the vehicle; I paid the fine and had the points put on my licence and now I can’t view the evidence – Why not?
I can access the site but I can’t view the photographic evidence – Why?
The photographic evidence shows a view from the rear of the vehicle – it doesn’t help me identify the driver – is there a photograph from the front?
The photographic evidence shows a front view of the vehicle but the driver isn’t identifiable – is there a better photograph?
