New Drivers
Congratulations on passing your test.
You are now driving on your own without the reassurance of a driving instructor sat beside you, but does the thought of driving on the motorway, in the dark or in the city make you apprehensive?
Here is a suggestion which you may wish to consider, it has many advantages and could save your life.
PASS PLUS is a training scheme for new drivers, which will increase your competence, boost your confidence and probably save you money on your insurance premiums and can be undertaken in your own car.

Do you also know...
- That if you get six points on your licence in the first two years, you revert to being a learner driver?
- That if you get three points on your licence for speeding, your insurance premiums could increase by £35 per year?
- That points for speeding stay on your licence for four years (for disqualification purposes they are valid for three years)? Additional points for speeding are likely to increase your insurance premium.
- That an insurance company has the right to declare a policy void if in the event of a fault or non-fault crash a person has not declared any speeding points/endorsements? This could affect gaining insurance from other companies.
