At a recent hearing at Chippenham Magistrates Court the defendant, having failed to provide details of the driver of a vehicle detected exceeding the speed limit, as required under Section 172(2) of the Road Traffic Act, 1988 and was fined £600 with £455 costs and the defendant's licence was endorsed with 3 penalty points.
